Umbýtingarrættur og aftursendingarrættur
Vøran kann býtast um innan 12 dagar, um vøran er óútpakka og er í sama standi, sum tá hon var keypt. Tú skal hava kvittan við. Um vøran skal sendast, er tað kundin ið rindar kostnaðin.

Tilboðs- og útsølu vøra kann ikki býtast um.

Free delivery on purchases over 500 DKK at djoravalvera.fo.
You can also choose to pick up your order yourself.
Delivery time is 1–3 business days.
Delivery time to non-connected (non-mainland) areas is one week.

Exchange and Return Policy
Items can be exchanged within 12 days if they are unopened and in the same condition as when purchased. You must present the receipt. If the item needs to be shipped back, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
If there is damage to the item or any other defect, please notify us within 3 business days. If the damage occurred during transport, the shipping company must be notified immediately.
Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.
Complaints

The product will be delivered once payment has been completed.
We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. During the payment process, you must enter the following: credit card number, expiry date, and security code (CVV). You must also complete a 3D Secure code sent to you via NETS.
When you purchase from us, your card information is entered into Quickpay, which is a secure SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Djóravælveru Samtakið never has access to your card information.
